Returns / Exchanges
We offer store credit or exchanges for all purchases (not final sale) as long as requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
NOTE: JADE Swim will not accept a return on merchandise that has been worn, washed or is missing original tags and hygienic liners. Please be cautious of any makeup/deodorant marks on merchandise, as we will not grant a return on damaged items. We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
1. Make a store credit/exchange request using the returns portal online at www.jadeswim.com/returns
2. Package all returnable items with tags & hygienic liner still attached
3. Print out return label
4. Drop off package at your Post Office, UPS or anywhere that accepts US Postal Mail
5. You will receive a confirmation email once we successfully receive your items back at the warehouse (either for the store credit code or exchange being sent out)
We do not accept returns/exchanges of any kind for international orders.
All orders are processed same day if received by 2pm EST, all later orders will ship the next business day. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. When placing your order, please confirm that all billing and payment information is accurate to avoid any delays in shipment. Signature upon delivery is not required. Please contact UPS or Customer Service if you would like to add a required signature to your delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

JADE Swim ships internationally with the assistance of our partners UPS or DHL. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs taxes & duties are not included in your shipping fee. JADE Swim cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. If you refuse a shipment from JADE Swim, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to JADE Swim. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded. If your order has been sent to a destination within the US or Canada, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the US and Canada, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through JADE Swim. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If an item goes on sale, can a price adjustment be made?
Yes, if the item is purchased within a week before the sale, a price adjustment can be done. If it is anytime outside of that window, we will be unable to price adjust.
What if an item I am interested in is sold out?
Please input your email in the out of stock bar on the side of the page to be notified when the item is back in stock or reach out to customer service at email@example.com for further assistance.
Am I able to return an item that was purchased during a sale or is under the sale tab?
Unfortunately, all merchandise purchased during our sales with a promo code or merchandise purchased under the sales tab is final sale with no exceptions. We also note this at checkout.
