Returns / Exchanges
DOMESTIC ORDERS (WITHIN THE UNITED STATES):
We offer returns/exchanges for all purchases as long as requested and shipped within 14 days of receiving your order. In order to expedite the exchange process, our return platform will immediately ship out your exchange request before we receive the originally ordered item back. Please be sure to send back your item in good condition (detailed below).
PLEASE NOTE - All items purchased from the Sale Page or purchased using a Promotional Discount (holiday sales, etc) are FINAL SALE (no returns/exchanges). Items purchased with the 10% new customer discount are able to be returned.
NOTE: JADE Swim will not accept a return on merchandise that has been worn, washed or is missing original tags and hygienic liners. Please be cautious of any makeup/deodorant marks on merchandise, as we will not grant a return on damaged items. We have the right to deny any return if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
1. Make a return or exchange request using the returns portal online at https://returns.jadeswim.com
2. Package all returnable items with tags & hygienic liner still attached
3. Print out return label (return labels for store credit & exchange are free, return labels for refund will be charged a $5 flat fee deducted from your refund amount)
4. Drop off package at your Post Office, UPS or anywhere that accepts US Postal Mail
5. You will receive a confirmation email once we successfully receive your items back at the warehouse
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES):
We do not accept returns/exchanges of any kind for international orders.
We ship from Palm Beach, Florida (USA). All orders are processed same day if received by 1pm EST, all later orders will ship the next business day. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. When placing your order, please confirm that all billing and payment information is accurate to avoid any delays in shipment. Signature upon delivery is not required. Please contact UPS or Customer Service if you would like to add a required signature to your delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE (ANY COUNTRY OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES). JADE Swim ships internationally with the assistance of DHL. All customs/taxes/duties/shipping costs are calculated at the checkout page. JADE Swim cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. If you refuse a shipment from JADE Swim, you are still responsible for the original shipping charges and any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package. DHL will not return the package to us and as such we will not provide a refund of any kind.
If an item goes on sale, can a price adjustment be made?
Yes, if the item is purchased within a week before the sale, a price adjustment can be done. If it is anytime outside of that window, we will be unable to price adjust.
What if an item I am interested in is sold out?
