Can I purchase shipping insurance?
Yes, you are able to purchase Route Package Protection at checkout. This covers the order if lost or stolen in transit/upon delivery. For more information please visit: https://route.com/


Do you ship internationally?

Can I cancel/ amend my order once it's been placed?
If you'd like to cancel/amend your order, please email shop@jadeswim.com as soon as possible with your order number. Please note that order cancellation/changes cannot be guaranteed as we need to investigate whether the order has been shipped.


If an item goes on sale, can a price adjustment be made?
Yes, if the item is purchased within 7 days before the sale, a price adjustment can be done by emailing shop@jadeswim.com. If requested anytime outside of that window, we will not be able to adjust the price.


Are items bought on sale able to be returned?
No, all items bought using a holiday sale promotion code are final sale. The only exception is a non-holiday code such as the 10% off code for first time customers.


Can I still return my item if I use the 10% off first time order code?
Yes, items purchased with the 10% new customer discount are eligible for returns/exchanges.


What if an item Iā€™m interested in is sold out?
Please input your email in the "out of stock" bar on the side of the page to be notified when the item is back in stock or reach out to customer service at shop@jadeswim.com for further assistance.


Will previous colors be brought back eventually?
We produce custom colors for each collection specifically and we usually do not bring back previous colors. Due to limited stock ā€“ if you see an item you love, it's best to purchase as soon as possible.


How accurate are the swatch photos compared to the fabric of our swimsuits?
We try to capture our swatch images to be as close as possible to the colors of our fabric. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen brightness, lighting, etc. For more color images please be sure to look at our Lookbooks.
