RETURNS & EXCHANGES
JADE SWIM accepts domestic online returns of non-sale, unworn/unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 14 days of your order receipt for items purchased from our website. Returns must have the hygienic liner still attached to be accepted. 14 days will be from the day that you received your product at your door. All refunds will be applied to the original payment method. If you return a package that does not meet this criteria, it will be denied. All denied returns will not receive a refund and will be forfeited. Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
